Dogs are highly susceptible to lice infestations, as they often spend time outdoors in close contact with other canines. Even grooming products, including brushes and combs, can harbor lice if they aren’t sanitized. Furthermore, lice eggs can fall off the dog’s hair during grooming, allowing them to spread to other dogs of the same species.
