Wasps V Saracens on TV

Having been beaten by the eventual champions last season, Saracens will be desperate to end their four-year relegation from the top flight. But will they get the message across in their first match since March?

Saracens are still a class act, but they have been playing more of a free-flowing game. They have won three matches this season, including a 71-17 win over Bath. They last beat the Bears in March, but the Bears are back and will be out to win a third game in a row.

Lyon are on a roll, too. They have reached the semi-finals of the European Challenge Cup. They beat Glasgow Warriors in their quarter-final, and have made a big second-half comeback to beat Bristol in the last round. They’ll be hoping to repeat their trick against Wasps in the first leg of their semi-final.

Premiership Rugby have teamed up with ITV to bring the competition back to free-to-air television. The deal means that all of the matches will be shown live, with some of them being shown on the television channel. The matches will be split into two halves of 40 minutes each. There are also some highlights to be seen.
