Which City Has the Biggest Rats?
If you have ever wondered which city has the biggest rats, you’re not alone. According to one study, Chicago has the worst rat problem in the entire United States. The city has so many rat problems that it has closed Lincoln Memorial Park. In addition, the population of rats is increasing as the city struggles to cope with rising sea levels. In addition, rats are known for causing diseases and destroying properties.
According to a survey by pest control company Orkin, Chicago is the most rat-infested city in the U.S., followed by New York and Los Angeles. However, San Francisco and New York also rank high on the list of rat-infested cities.
A study from Orkin Pest Control, a leading pest control company in the U.S., ranked 50 cities as the rattiest in the nation based on the number of rodent treatments they performed in the last year. The study considered the number of rodent treatments in each city, both residential and commercial. For this reason, there’s a high demand for rat exterminators in the top rat-infested cities.
Paris is known as a city full of love and romance, but its rodent population outnumbers its human population by four to one. The city’s officials have been calling on residents to eliminate the problem – laying out poisons, setting up traps and dialing catchers.
