Termites need a moist environment. When a home is surrounded by moist soil, it will attract termites. They are also attracted to moisture-damaged wood.

When a home is inhabited by termites, it can be difficult to detect the problem. To eliminate them, the entire home should be treated. This will ensure the complete elimination of the colony.
