How to Keep Mosquitoes Away
Having a well-maintained yard can help you keep mosquitoes away. Mosquitoes love to hide in areas that are humid and dark, and they will even live in a structure like a barn or shed.
In order to prevent a mosquito infestation, homeowners should mow their lawn regularly and trim it to keep it short. Long grass is a great place for mosquitoes to hide during the day. If you don’t have a lawn, you can install a mosquito net that doesn’t need to be removed.
You can also kill mosquitoes when they are active. A good way to do this is to set up a trap. If you have a light source, you can use it to attract the mosquitoes. Once you have the mosquitoes, you can smack them. Smacking is very effective, but you should do it multiple times.
Another way to kill mosquitoes is to obliterate them with a hard object with a large surface area. If you’re not sure what to use, try using a roll of newspaper or a magazine.
If you don’t want to use a bug zapper, you can just kill the mosquitoes by smacking them. If you don’t have a bug zapper, you can use a flashlight or a flood lamp. Just make sure the beam of light is focused.
Once you’ve killed the mosquitoes, you can either re-light the lights or flush them. If you’re using a light, you should only light a small section of the room.
