When Does Spider Man No Way Home Release in the US?
If you’ve been wondering when does Spider Man No Way Home release in the US, the answer is a little bit later than you expected. It’s finally coming out in cinemas on Friday, December 17th, and it’s a superhero movie.
No Way Home is directed by Jon Watts and is the third entry in the MCU. It stars Tom Holland as Spider-Man.
In the first trailer for the film, there’s a brief scene where Spider-Man is unmasked for the first time in cinema history. Then, the film flashes forward one week after Peter’s final battle with Mysterio in London.
After the fight with Mysterio, Parker asks for a spell from Sorcerer Supreme Strange (Doctor Strange), which he believes will erase the collective memory of the world. This leaves the door open for the possibility of a future Spider-Man film.
The first act of the movie deals with Parker’s legal problems. As he tries to seek help, he’s questioned by the police. He’s also dealing with the consequences of being a hero, including having his girlfriend, MJ (Zendaya), prevented from attending college.
No Way Home is set to be released in the UK on 15th December. However, it’s also going to hit the big screen in Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Ireland. And IMAX theaters across the globe.
Sony Pictures has announced a new cut of the film called The More Fun Stuff Version. Originally, the movie was released on 4K Ultra HD earlier this year. Now, it’s getting a full digital release, which includes 11 minutes of new footage.
