Can Spiders Nest in Humans?

Many species lay their eggs in silken egg-shaped sacs. These can be carried by the female spider or buried in the web. The sac can hold hundreds of eggs. The eggs are usually white, but can also be colored. Some spiders also actively protect their young.
Although it is rare for a spider to bite humans, some species can be very aggressive. This is particularly true of the black widow and the sac spider.
However, the venom is not designed to damage human tissues. The venom is primarily intended to injure smaller animals, such as flies. Unlike the venom of some other arthropods, spider venom does not produce itching, irritation or inflammation. The venom is a mix of alpha-latrotoxins that produce rapid heartbeats. Some of the venoms of spiders can cause mild itching and sweating.
Although most people think of spiders as causing skin irritation, only a few species of spiders are actually dangerous. Those that have venom include the widow and the brown recluse. While they are the most aggressive spiders in the US, they are not the only ones to bite humans.
Some people are afraid of spiders, mainly because they have a reputation for laying eggs in humans. Some species, such as the brown recluse, have venom that can cause fatalities. The most common complication is rupture of the tympanic membrane in the ear.
