What Happens When Flies Land on You?

Since flies have no teeth, they rely on the saliva they secrete from their snout-like mouth to digest food. This process may take as long as a minute or two. Additionally, the fly may defecate while exploring the surface.
If you see a fly in an open space, you can try to avoid them by wearing gloves. Fly repellent is also available. A fly repellent that prevents flies from landing on a surface will prevent the flies from becoming a nuisance.
