Flea bites look like small red bumps and are often itchy. Fleas can be hard to spot, since they are small and jump on their hosts fast. But when you squeeze them, you will find that they do have blood. This means that they have recently eaten a blood meal, and have stored it in their bodies. To make sure that fleas don’t reproduce, keep your pets indoors at a constant temperature of 75 to 85 degrees and a high humidity level.
